5-Course Tasting Menu
The owner began his career with esteemed restauranteur Daniel Boulud, and it has only gotten better since then, if possible! At Beckta, Ottawa’s top rated restaurant for the past three year’s in a row, you can experience a blind and seasonally based tasting menu showcasing products that have mostly been grown locally and sustainably. The chefs here truly care about what they serve and it shows in how it is prepared and indeed how it was acquired. The team actually spends time working on sustainable farms, learning how the produce, meat and poultry they buy are grown, raised and harvested, giving them a respect for the land and the food it produces. The result is an incredible product that you are truly privileged to share with them. Enjoy the best of the best; a true culinary adventure, paired with the finest wines. This will definitely set the stage for your Canadian Culinary Experience.
