A Canadian Tradition for years, “taking tea” at the King Eddy is a truly extraordinary affair, and definitely, done with flair. The most important part is to have an excellent tea sommelier, and here, you will be served by the best. You will choose from a selection of 12 of the finest loose teas to accompany delicate finger sandwiches such as smoked salmon with horseradish and peppered mascarpone, curried chicken Waldorf, egg salad with Pommery mustard and watercress and of course, thinly sliced cucumber and radish with cream cheese and coriander cress.
