You’ll start your morning with a visit to the Cours Saleya food market in Nice to learn how to select fresh, seasonal produce before heading back to your Chef’s own 400 year old cooking studio to learn how to prepare a typical French menu from appetizers to dessert. As you return from the market, you’ll stop at specialty shops to select wine and other ingredients needed for the day’s menu. This 6 hour culinary adventure is fully hands-on, so get ready to roll up your sleeves, fasten your aprons and get ready to cook! Originally from Canada, your Chef has lived in France since 1994 where her first job was as an interpreter at the famous Cordon Bleu cooking school.
